We facilitate regular training sessions to equip our staff with superior product knowledge and unrivalled customer support and service etiquette.

At Head Office the brand managers and training facilitators work intensely on all aspects of the brand to ensure that our sales staff are equipped with up to date information and an ability to provide excellent after sales service. To extend our accessibility we offer direct communication lines to all our ACDC Express customers who visit one of our national stores via Facebook or our website (www.acdcexpress.com).

Our latest offerings and promotions are also included in our newsletters. It is possible to subscribe to our exclusive subscription list through registration on our website.

The Kapstadt Brauhaus offers a menu of traditional German cuisine, including eisbein, schnitzels, pretzels, German sausages and alpine pizza. It is a casual dining establishment that caters to any LSM. Patrons can also pull in for a pint of one of the many local and international beers on offer. We have 12 beers on tap and aim to keep the house lager very affordable.

The restaurant has ample seating inside and outside and employs about 20 – 30 staff members.

The Brauhaus is the perfect venue for after-work drinks, family lunches, sports matches and celebrations with daily entertainment ranging from oompah groups to brass bands.

There are wurst places to shoot the breeze.
