Sparkling Auto Care Centres - a One-Stop-Auto-Care Destination from automobile cleaning to a complete auto detailing; from the removal of minor scratches to full dent repairs, all under one roof whilst the customer waits within our Sparkling Web Café. A destination where proud vehicle owners feel at home, trusting the Sparkling team to shine within no time.

The Sparkling Auto Care Centre offers clients quick turn-around times with no compromise on quality standards. The operational business system is geared up to deliver on customer expectations. Typically a car wash would take no more than 30 minutes & a auto repair would average around 1hour 30min.

Focus on shopping centres, easy access, high visibility, high volume traffic, low speed traffic & retail orientated. Requires 1000 – 1200m² site of which minimum 380 – 500m² for drive-thru car wash, steam bay, auto repair workshop with spray booth, staff locker rooms, public toilets, offices, store room, web café and minimum 620 – 700m² open space for finishing bays, entrances, exits & line-up space. (Depending on existing site layout)

Option 1 - long-term lease agreement minimum 5 years; negotiations with landlord to develop the site to our specifications; once area allocated, finalization of the drawings for final development; building construction by landlord to our specifications.
